Welcome to Intentional Changes: A Space for Women's Mental Health

Welcome, friend. I'm Dr. Judge, and I'm so glad you've found your way here. Intentional Changes began with a simple belief: the woman who pours into everyone else deserves a place to be poured into, too. This little corner of the internet is that place — a space for women's mental health, faith rooted and heart centered, where you matter here.

Here on the blog, I'll share reflections on rest, boundaries, motherhood, relationships, and the small, meaningful rituals that help us care for ourselves well. I'll also be sending out a weekly self-care newsletter — a short, gentle note for your week with one encouraging thought, one small practice, and news from the shop. You can join the list from our home page; I would love to write to you.

And there is more coming: our shop collections — Write It Out, Pause & Ground, Rest & Restore, and Create Your Calm — are being prepared with care and will open soon. Until then, browse, breathe, and make room for you. You are welcome here.
