For therapy appointments, please book through Grow Therapy: https://growtherapy.com/invite/foza8kdnrqfc — therapy services are provided through Dr. Judge's practice and are separate from shop orders.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, US) or call 911. The shop inbox is not monitored for emergencies.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners and ship directly to you; Intentional Changes does not stock or pack items in-house.
• Processing time: [1–3 business days] before shipment. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout and may vary by item.
• You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
• If part of your order ships separately, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.
• Shipping is currently available within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email dryvonnejudge@intentionalchanges.org first for return instructions and the correct return address (returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted).
• For hygiene and safety, certain personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; it is covered by us/supplier when the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only the information needed to run this shop: your name, address, email, and order details at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
• Order information is shared only with the supplier fulfilling your order and the delivery carrier, so your items can reach you.
• We do not sell your personal information. Email is used for order updates and, only if you sign up, our newsletter; you can unsubscribe anytime.

Terms of Service

• Products sold here are self-care and wellness items for personal use. They are not medical devices or treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Therapy services are provided separately through Dr. Judge's practice (booked via Grow Therapy) and are not part of any shop purchase.
• Prices and availability may change; an order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with options, including a full refund.
