The Intentional Journal
A place for gratitude, prayer, reflection, and fresh beginnings.
I’m Dr. Judge. I support women and mothers as they navigate relationships, motherhood, stress, boundaries, and personal growth. Intentional Changes is a space for compassionate support and small, meaningful rituals of self-care.

A warm, collaborative space for women and mothers to feel heard, understand themselves, and explore practical ways forward.
We can explore relationship and communication concerns, healthier boundaries, confidence and self-esteem, everyday stress, burnout, motherhood and life transitions, and reconnecting with your values and goals.
Therapy is not only for a crisis. It can also be a place to pause, reflect, and grow.
My approach draws on evidence-based methods, including CBT, ACT, and narrative techniques. If you want faith and spiritual values to be part of our work, there is room for that, too.
Your care should reflect your needs, preferences, and goals.
What to expectYou don't need to prepare anything in advance or have everything figured out. We'll talk about what's happening in your life, the challenges you're navigating, and what you'd like to be different. I'll ask questions to understand your perspective, goals, and the kind of support you're looking for.
Together, we'll identify a starting point that reflects your needs — whether you're working through relationship concerns, adjusting to motherhood, managing everyday stress, or wanting to feel more confident in your life.
My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about where you'd like to go from here.

Hi, I’m Dr. Judge. My work centers on supporting women and mothers through life’s challenges, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I understand how easy it can be to lose sight of your own needs while balancing motherhood, work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities.
My appreciation for the complexity of women’s lives has been shaped by both clinical training and personal experiences with marriage, divorce, motherhood, and miscarriage. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to honest conversations about what matters most to you.
Intentional Changes brings that same spirit of care into handmade self-care goods, journals, and thoughtful wellness tools — reminders that caring for yourself matters, too.
Intentional Changes was born in real life — in marriage, motherhood, and the everyday moments that ask us to slow down and be present. These are the faces that remind me, daily, why making room matters.

Dr. Judge brings more than a decade of clinical experience to every session. Her career began in 2012 in a children's psychiatric facility and grew through nearly every corner of behavioral health — leading a hospital crisis team, supervising behavioral health staff, providing medical social work in hospitals and hospice care, and teaching undergraduate social work students. Since 2021 she has provided evidence-based telehealth therapy (including CBT and DBT-informed care) to adults across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida, and she also serves as a clinical assessor for crisis and developmental-disability evaluations.
Her doctoral research speaks directly to the women she serves: her PhD dissertation explored how teletherapy fosters resilience among single Black mothers — the same blend of clinical rigor and deep respect for mothers' inner strength that shapes Intentional Changes.
